This morning Grace and I
decided to film the Takoma Park Farmer's market, since we figured a lot of
people would be doing Downtown Silver Spring for this project. We got there and
started walking around but the camera died 2 seconds after we started filming.
So then we thought we would use our phones, but they have horrible quality, so
then we decided to use Grace's mom's iPhone 5, which has pretty good quality.
One problem I had was keeping the phone steady as we walked around. Some of the
shots were shaky but we redid some of them and used iMovie to try and
fix it when we were editing. I also accidentally put my finger in a lot of the
shots which was irritating because half of them were shaky and the other ones
that were steady were blocked by my finger. So next time I am going to be more
careful and pay attention to these things. This video was a good way for
me to practice my filming skills as well as my editing
skills because I have hardly ever worked with iMovie before.
