Hi! I'm Maddie and I am in CAP 10 at Blair. I love playing sports, cheerleading, clothes, and being with my friends. Since middle school, I have taken media classes where we made and edited films. Even with these classes, I still am not very good with programs such as Final Cut Pro or iMovie. In middle school, we also made a blog, but it was not very successful. Hopefully this blog will help me figure out editing techniques that I will remember. I am excited to learn about film this semester, and I am hoping that blogging about what I am doing will help me. Last year, one of the projects I really enjoyed a short video opener for my schools announcements. Since it was towards the end of the year, I felt like I was able to use the skills I had learned with preparing a video, filming, and editing.
I would like to use my blog to explain what I am learning in TV production class, as well as other classes that involve media, such as journalism. In addition, I would like blog about what I feel about what is being said in class. Using blogs is also a great way for groups to work together on project such as the Change Project.
